God’s Provisions For Training

Hananiah: The captives, on exile, would have forgotten the laws and covenant of God. But what saved them was that God kept the laws and covenant in a foreign land, Babylon, for the Israelites to stay there and learn the Paths Of Righteousness and Covenant System Of Worship, and to learn even more than they already knew in Israel.

Exaltations

Hananiah: Before the many Israelites arrived in Babylon, God had already placed us in exalted positions and ranks. We had the power and authority. Son of man, we had the right to control the citizens of Babylon.

In the present and modern generations, humanity have the senators, the members of the house of representatives, and the governors. But in Babylon, at that time, there were princes, judges and wise men.

Among the princes, were ourselves – Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah

Among the judges, Daniel was present. And in all things, ourselves were the greatest.

Now at the end of the days, when the king had said that they should be brought in, the chief of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. Then the king interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore they served before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm. Thus Daniel continued until the first year of King Cyrus.

Training And Preparations

Hananiah: That was why, at the time of King Cyrus, we were able to order all things in sequence, for our own benefit and organization of the Israelites. But it was not like that at the time of King Nebuchadnezzar.

By the time of King Cyrus, ourselves have trained many Israelites in the Paths Of Righteousness and Covenant System Of Worship.
